Chief Executive Profile
In
1983, Dennis K. Evans co-founded, and was elected President of Creative
Television
of Rhode Island, Inc. (CTRI).
Mr. Evans earned a BA degree in Journalism, Broadcast Major, from the
University of Rhode Island (URI), in 1982 from the Kingston, Rhode Island
campus.
Dennis began his college career at Roger Williams College in Bristol, Rhode
Island.
At
URI,
Dennis
also studied Filmmaking,
in the Art Department, and Literature into Film th
rough the English
Department, as electives at URI. He also accumulated 24 credits in Sociology
as an undergraduate.
Dennis
spent 3 full years as an apprentice in the Department of Photo, Radio, and
TV, learning camera technique, audio, lighting, and editing under Producer,
Chuck Hooker, and Director of Photography, Thomas Payne (Tom, a RISD
graduate, served as Vice President of CTRI for the first 12 years).
In 1983, he earned the distinction of Certified Videographer, Levels: 1 & 2
from Rhode Island College, in Providence, Rhode Island. In 1984, he
earned the distinction of Advanced Videographer from Rhode Island College.
In 1999, Mr. Evans was Certified by the Massachusetts Department of
Education to teach TV-ACTING.
He
has demonstrated accomplishments in Producing, Directing, and Editing
for a variety of Video applications, including; single-camera news style,
multi-camera / switched live, MTV-fast cut music video style, and
documentary style.
He is proficient in video camera formats from camcorders.......
to Beta SP (NTSC) and Beta (Pal).
In addition, he has demonstrated ability in Project Development, Organizing, Public Relations, and Script writing.

Born in Naples, Italy, Dennis K. Evans is a 54 year old, divorced, Viet Nam-era Veteran, Black American, without children.

Deep
Roots. This is my Great Grandfather. I spent the summer of 1959 here.
It's the first mansion estate I ever saw. It was partially burned by the
KKK. -
